About the Apart Alps Partner Programme
We are passionate about the mountains and about creating holidays that our guests remember for a long time.
Over the past five years we have built more than a small travel brand: a largely automated operating system for holiday homes that combines a personal guest experience with efficient operations.
Our guests are happy, and we want to grow. That is why we are looking for selected partners who care as much about quality and guest satisfaction as we do, and who would like to join our brand.
We will treat every partner property as if it were our own. That way even more guests can travel with us, and more owners can enjoy hosting without the stress of daily operations or the worry about financial results.

We charge 15% commission on bookings up to your current revenue. On every euro we add on top of that, we take 25% and you keep 75%. No fee per booking, no hidden extras.

Why we left the agencies
We started out with agencies ourselves: high fees, little left over at the end of the year, unhappy guests and slow, impersonal service. So we cancelled every contract and built our own operation. Today our houses run better than any agency ever ran them for us.

Every house we run carries the Apart Alps name, our own included. We built that reputation guest by guest and we will not dilute it, so we only take on properties we believe in and look after them exactly like our own.

Automation and AI take care of pricing, listings and routine messages in the background. That leaves our team free to look after guests and owners personally. And because we own 100% of the company, we choose our partners ourselves and answer to nobody but them and our guests.

Apartment houses with at least four units in South Tyrol, Trentino, Lombardy and the Austrian Alps. Concentrating on larger houses lets us optimise each one properly: specific improvements, not generic solutions.
