Privacy Policy

Last updated 10 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit apart-alps.com, write to us or book one of our houses, and what rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. Who is responsible

Apart Alps SNC di Kolbinger Benedikt e Schwarz Inga, Laudes 92, 39024 Malles Venosta (BZ), Italy. Email: hi@apart-alps.com. Certified email (PEC): apart-alps@pec.it.

2. Visiting the website

The website is hosted by Webflow, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical data to Webflow's servers: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Webflow processes this data on our behalf; transfers to the USA are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.), which means your IP address is passed to Google when the page loads.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and there are no contact forms on this site. The owner calculator on the Become a partner page runs entirely in your browser; nothing you enter there is sent to us or stored.

3. Writing to us

If you email us at hi@apart-alps.com or partners@apart-alps.com, we use your name, address and whatever you write to answer you and, if it leads to a booking or a partnership, to prepare and carry out that agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete correspondence once it is no longer needed, unless tax or commercial law requires us to keep it.

4. Booking a stay

Bookings made through the links on this site are processed by Lodgify, our booking and channel management system, and the payment provider shown at checkout. We receive the details needed to host you: name, contact details, dates, number of guests and any messages. Bookings made on Booking.com or Airbnb are also governed by those platforms' own privacy policies.

Italian law requires us to register guests' identity documents with the State Police (Alloggiati Web) and to report guest numbers for tourist tax and statistics. We do this on the basis of a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and keep booking records for as long as tax law requires.

5. Links to other sites

Links to Google Maps, booking platforms or other websites only send data to those providers when you click them. Their own privacy policies then apply.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Just write to hi@apart-alps.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
