We're Inga and Benedikt

Mountain lovers, outdoor enthusiasts and, for the weeks you are here, your hosts in the Alps. We spend a large part of the year moving between Germany and the Italian valleys we work in, which is the short version of how Apart Alps came about: we kept going back to the same places, and at some point it made more sense to build something there than to keep booking someone else's.

Homes we actually use ourselves

Every home in the collection is one we chose ourselves, furnished or fitted out to our own standard, and have stayed in. Chalet Valmalenco we built from the ground up, including the panoramic sauna facing the four-thousand-metre peaks. Nothing here is a rental portfolio assembled from a spreadsheet: these are places we picked because we wanted to spend time in them, in valleys we know well enough to tell you which hut is worth the walk and which road is closed in April. That is also why the details matter to us. Good mattresses, a kitchen you can actually cook in, enough space to dry boots, somewhere secure for bikes and skis.

What that means for your stay

You book directly with us, so there is no platform commission and no intermediary between your question and the answer. Write in German, English or Italian; we usually reply within a few hours. Ask us which house fits your group, whether the lifts are running the week you are coming, or where to eat on a Sunday evening in the valley. We would rather answer that before you book than have you find out afterwards.
